The extra virgin olive oil that we produce in our family business, ELAIOLADA CHALKIDIKIS, is of excellent quality and is produced from fruits that are cold-pressed at 24° to 26° during the extraction of the oil, thus ensuring excellent nutritional properties and very low acidity with a rich aroma and characteristic taste.
Also, the kneading time is determined by the variety of the olive and by the temperature (27 degrees maximum) in order to achieve an even quality level.
